Christmas Morning!!!

Christmas morning at our house was so much fun. Brenyn woke up first, around 7:30. We had to go wake Bailey up and tell her it was Christmas morning. The girls go so much stuff from Santa. We had a living room full. Bailey finally walked outside to find her Barbie jeep she had asked Santa for. The girls rode for a few minutes, but it was so cold!

Brenyn got a cell phone and a stick horse. She is already good at riding and talking at the same time.

Bailey got a pink guitar. She was so exited!

And.....the jeep we've been asking Santa for!

Bailey's Christmas Program

December 16th - Bailey's headstart sang a couple of songs before the parent meeting. They did a great job. They all wore little antlers and red noses. They were such a cute group of kids!

Santa's Lap

On December 13th, we went to the mall to see Santa Clause. We stood in line for 30 or 45 minutes. When our turn finally arrived, Brenyn started screaming! Bailey did sit in Santa's lap, but Bren had nothing to do with the bearded big guy.

Trip to the Zoo

On November 14th, my mom and I took my girls to the Memphis Zoo. Bailey had the map out the entire time telling us where we needed to go next. We watched a couple of animal feedings and saw the baby giraffe. We had such a good time.

Pumpkin Patch 2009

Bailey Goes Dove Hunting

Bailey went dove hunting with Bradley on Saturday. She lasted a couple of hours and then got hot and went to stay the rest of the time with Aunt Jen Jen. She was so proud to get to go with her daddy!
When they got home, Brenyn had to have her picture made with them also.

First Day of Headstart

Today was Bailey's first day of headstart. She was excited to meet new friends. I am very anxious to get home and see how her day went. I can't believe my baby is so BIG!!!

Okay, this is sorta hard. Once I get started blogging about it, I can't believe my baby is in school. I know.....it's just headstart, but she's in someone else's care all day. Someone I don't even know. Oh no, I was fine until just now......darn blogs!!!

Visit with The Backyardigans

Friday night, we went to the mall to see The Backyardigans. Tyrone and Uniqua were there. Tyrone is Bailey's imaginary friend, so I was so glad he was there.

Bailey and Brenyn had their picture made with Tyrone and Uniqua. Brenyn sat still just long enough to realize she didn't like the "real" Backyardigans, so she ran away.

I took a picture of Bailey by herself. She did ask me after we left why Tyrone didn't talk. I came up with some lame excuse about Tyrone being hot and tired....blah, blah.

Afterwards, we rode the carousel.

Brenyn's Big BooBoo

Sunday night, Brenyn fell going into Bradley's mom and dad's house. She hit her head on the corner of the door. She falls ALL the time, so I didn't expect this fall to be any different than normal. But, before I could even pick her up, she had a big blue pump knot on her head. It bled a little. She screamed and cried and I wanted to cry. It looked awful, but within a couple of hours, the swelling had gone down.

Driving the Fire Truck

This weekend Bailey went to the Back to School Health Fair at the hospital in Booneville. She was such a big girl, did everything but the pulse oximeter, and had such a good time. She even got to sit in the driver's seat of the fire truck! Side note: Tutti went with us as well. ;-)

Brenyn's New Car

Okay, so it's been a while since I've posted anything. I do love to blog, but I just rarely have the time. I barely even take pictures anymore!

So anyway, here's a few new ones.

A couple of week's ago, I found Brenyn this cute Little Tykes car. She and Bailey fuss over who can ride in it, but it does provide a little outdoors entertainment for our family.

Fashion Show at The Wilbanks Plantation

Last night, the girls tried on a few of their new clothes from the shopping trip I had yesterday. Bailey likes to refer to this as "fashion shows." I think this is a term I used to use with her to get her to try on the clothes I would buy her.

Here's the cute little matching bathing suits I got for them. You can't really tell, but these are tankinis and they are adorable!

Bailey's 4th Birthday!

On Saturday (her pure ol' birthday), we had Bailey's 4th birthday party at our house. We all had a very good time.

A day at Chuck E. Cheese

While Bradley was in Iowa, the girls and I spent a day at Chuck E. Cheese. We had a wonderful time. Needless to say, the girls slept very well that night! ;-)

Easter Sunday

For Easter, we had lunch at Aunt Lynn's. The girls hunted Easter eggs with their cousins and they had a great time. Thanks, Aung Lynn, for having all of us over for a wonderful lunch!
